There is a 100% no smoking policy in the building.
Any violation in this will result in a £100.00 cleaning charge to the guest.
Payments accepted by the Guesthouse are:
Cash and All Major Credit & Debit Cards.
A debit/credit card used must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay.
A surcharge of £2.00 will be added to cost of stay for all payments made by card with the exception of debit cards which are free.
Customers paying by cash are required to provide identification on check in. Acceptable forms of ID are driving licence, passport,
utility bill/bank statement (with address) or police warrant card.
Guests Liabilities: As a guest you are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated room or the furnishings of the guesthouse.
If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers results in damage or complaints from other guests,
the customer shall be liable to pay to Downsview on demand to amount required to make good or remedy such damage.
In the event of willful or negligent interruption to the business or other guests. Downsview will charge the amount
of any loss to the customer and terminate the contract of stay. Downsview will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances. ...back
