Our Awards
We are very proud to have won many awards for our guest accommodation and breakfasts. Below is a summary of what each award represents.

EnjoyEngland Silver Award
Gold and Silver Awards are given to Guest Accommodation that provide exceptional quality in all areas, in particular in service and hospitality. This Silver Award was given to us for having high levels of quality, comfort and cleanliness in bedrooms and bathrooms and also for having very good levels of customer care and food provision.

EnjoyEngland Breakfast Award
Sponsored by Kellogg’s, this award recognises those hotels, guesthouses and bed and breakfasts where the owners, managers, chefs and staff have gone the extra mile to ensure that breakfast will exceed expectations.

EnjoyEngland 4 Star Guest Accommodation
This logo means that we have been officially visited and assessed according to strict criteria. The number of stars gives an indication of accommodation standard, cleanliness, ambience, hospitality, service and food, and 4 stars means that we have “an excellent standard throughout”.

Celebrating Kent - Pride in Ashford & Tenterden Tourism Awards
The Pride Tourism Awards are awarded in recognition of individuals in the tourism, hospitality and leisure industries who provide outstanding service to their customers. Those visitors that receive a really warm and friendly welcome are more likely to return to Kent again and again.
